The Process has begun. The builder has staked out the house on the lot and we have discussed placement. set backs, angles, etc. and reached agreement on things. He is in the process of drawing up the placement on the survey and filing all the paperwork with the county. This will get us the permits required to start the building process.

He is also meeting with the architect and engineer this week. The engineer is finalizing the engineering drawings so the builder knows what he has to do to construct the house and the builder can finalize the budget for the "shell" of the house. Things are progressing slowly right now.

Shane (the builder) has the sub's lined up so we can hit the ground running once the permits are in place. I'm getting really excited to see things start to happen!
